The 5S program plans them together around your anatomy, measured with precision skin scanning before surgery.
Girth is added with certified human allograft dermis (supplied with authenticity documents) cut to your measurements. Length comes from selective release of the suspensory ligament with a diamond-pattern closure. The glans can be enhanced with high-density dermal powder, sensitivity can be reduced for premature ejaculation, and PRF from your own blood supports healing.
